Once flights have been obtained, the “GetFares” button invokes the pop-up dialog shown below.Travel$ense can price a selected trip in F, Y or Lowest Available fares. You canupdate or refresh a fare you already have or obtain a new fare as long as thetrip is at least four hours ahead. Lowest Fare quotes are highly sensitive towhen you price, with the price rising to the Y Fare as you near the time ofdeparture typically. You should price a trip at the time when an airline ticketnormally would be purchased for the traveler, similar to the time a businessaircraft trip would be confirmed.Copyright © 1999, National Business Aviation Association, Inc.
