TRAVEL$ENSEConsequently, users are prompted, if the corporate airport is commerciallyserved, to confirm that the airport is, in fact, the real-world preferredcommercial alternate. If yes, <strong>Travel$ense</strong> learns and remembers internally theselected commercially served airport for that trip. If no, the user is promptedwith the on-the-fly-created list of commercially served airports from which tochoose. As above, it is important not to confirm automatically small airlineairport if other larger alternatives are nearby. By clicking “No,” you can pickfrom all of the airports, including the original choice.Set Leg ScheduleClicking within the Arrival or Departure columns of any leg or on the “…”button in the Trip Legs table invokes the Corporate Travel Schedule dialog.This screen asks for a date and time input, a schedule priority(departure/arrival), the type of time input (site departure, airport departure,airport arrival, site arrival) and the drive times to and from the corporateairport (defaults shown).75TRAVEL DATESelect the departure date first, using the calendar illustrated above, by clickingon the departure date requested by the passengers. If the departure date fallsin a future month, select this month from the drop-down list above thecalendar.
