Flight queries are adjusted dynamically based on the datareturned, with times and dates changed and new data obtained as needed.Overnights are invoked if needed, with cascading overnights for multiple legtrips. The results of each query control the parameters of the next query.Factors <strong>Travel$ense</strong> Considers to Rank Airline FlightsEight factors are simultaneously weighted at the individual passenger level:• Home/office/site departure time• Home/office/site arrival time• Total elapsed time (door to door)• Jet versus turboprop time• Connection time window• Site time achieved• Time of day (default defines this)• Minimum site time requirement (default defines this percentage)Once all flight options for a leg has been scored, the highest scoring option iscopied to the Selected Trip box mid-screen in the Comparable Airline Trip tab.It is flagged with after the score.Once the highest scoring option for one leg is selected, <strong>Travel$ense</strong>immediately moves on to the next leg and follows the same routine. Anexample of the display of flights for each leg is shown below.Before scoring, <strong>Travel$ense</strong> obtains a reasonable (10 to 12) number of flightalternatives for every leg.
