104Total Direct Trip Costs SavedTRAVEL$ENSEUsing the airline total for Total Direct Trip Costs on Tab 4 as the baseline,<strong>Travel$ense</strong> displays the amount that each business aircraft column differs fromthe airline total.Because this displays the amount saved, if the airline trip is less expensive thanthe business aircraft trip, the numbers displayed here would appear inparentheses, indicating that the cost of the business aircraft trip exceeds thecost that could be expected to be incurred if the trip were flown via airline. Ifthe numbers are not displayed within parentheses, the amounts displayedrepresent cost savings. For example, additional costs would be listed as ($500).Of course, this total does not factor in the unquantified benefits <strong>Travel$ense</strong>does not consider in dollars and cents.
