TRAVEL$ENSE79The upper table of the screen shows all currently defined meetings and lets youselect a meeting of interest. The selected meeting (shown with a blue triangle inthe left-hand row selection column) details are shown in the box occupying theremainder of the screen (see below). You can Add or Delete a meeting in asimilar fashion to the other eight profile screens used within <strong>Travel$ense</strong>. Youcan also directly print the Meetings Schedule Report via the “Print” button.The details of the selected meeting are shown in the frame above. Airportarrival and departure time and processing times are not editable, as they are setfrom the aircraft schedule.Drive time to and from the airport is editable and will be applied to allpassengers attending the meeting. You can edit by typing in the field, clicking inthe field and using the keyboard up/down arrow keys or by clicking on theup/down arrow buttons. Should your drive time increase, the meeting start andend times will change accordingly. Decreasing drive time does not affect themeeting time, as there may be extra site time prior to the meeting. If this is notthe case, also edit the meeting start or end time.Meeting start and end times are editable by typing in the field (month, day,hour, minutes, a.m./p.m. if using 12-hour time format), clicking in the field andusing the keyboard up/down arrow keys or by clicking on the up/down arrowbuttons. Any extra time between the meeting start/end time and the airporttime less drive time is counted as extra site time and valued at the defineddefault productivity during business hours only (default value is 50 percent).Copyright © 1999, National Business Aviation Association, Inc.
