72TRAVEL$ENSEOther business aircraft use these data and also can be displayed, but not edited(except for ETE and refuel time), in the Trip Legs table on Tab 1 (new). Whenmore than one business aircraft is used, a drop-down selector appears abovethe trip legs table that lets you change the display for each aircraft. For Column2 and 3 business aircraft only the ETE and refuel time can be edited via the“…” button to the right of this column.Clicking on the columns of the leg you wish to input in the Corporate Trip Legstable invokes the appropriate pop-up input dialog. A “…” button also isprovided in each field that can be input. You can click on the button or justanywhere within the column to invoke the appropriate pop-up input screen.NEW T$3FEATURENew in Release 3 is the use of color-coding to indicate the time priority foreach leg. This priority uses light blue rather than navy blue. Thus the time inputis in light blue and the time calculated by Travel$ense is in the usual navy bluecolor. The table above shows the default priority of arrival priority for each legexcept the final leg, which is departure priority. For each leg you need to do the following:• Select Airports – the departure and arrival airport(s) for business aircraftand for airline travel. For more information, see Select Airports on page73.• Set Leg Schedule – Departure or arrival time and time priority. For moreinformation, see Set Leg Schedule on page 75.• Edit Leg ETE and Refuel Time (Optional) – ETE always includes any of therefuel time shown and the default taxi time. For more information, see EditLeg ETE and Refuel Time on page 77.If you haven’t already done so you need to assign at least one passenger to atleast one leg. For more information, see Selecting Passengers on page 69.Passenger assignments and leg schedules can be input in any order. You donot have to first assign passengers and then cities and dates. You may find itmore convenient on complex trips to input the schedule first and then selectpassengers and assign them to different legs. Assigning passengers second letsyou view the city pairs for each leg on the passenger assignment screen.Once a trip is completely defined the other four tabs are “enabled”’ so thatyou can click on them.
