56Employee Level ProfilesTRAVEL$ENSEThe employee levels screen is where the <strong>Travel$ense</strong> compensation levels arecreated and maintained. Like the other seven profiles in <strong>Travel$ense</strong>, the screenhas a display grid at the top with key details. Unlike the other profiles, this onecan be password protected to limit access to sensitive information. For moreinformation see, Passenger Levels Password Protection on page 44.Click on any of the four column headings to sort the display on this value. Theupper display is used to select a level of interest. The individual boxes on thelower display are where changes or new inputs are made. The list can benavigated using the cursor up/down arrow keys, the page up/page down keys, orthe mouse.To add an employee level, click on the “Add” button. A new blank entry withthe next available unique level number (used internally) is generated. Input adescription, annual salary, benefits percentage of salary and bonus (a fixedamount). Select one of the pre-defined valuation multipliers within the valuationmethod used by your company or create an over-ride multiplier. Valuationmultipliers are discussed extensively in this Users <strong>Guide</strong>.
