Youwould do this either as a result of changes made to the trip or if you want toretroactively change the summary results based on new profile values.Duplicate a TripThe Trip Duplicate screen is a simple and powerful way to reduce workloadwhen creating a new trip that is similar to a trip previously taken.Open the previous trip, selectthis screen and pick whether tocopy just the cities or the citiesand passenger assignments.Select the Leg 1 departure dateand <strong>Travel$ense</strong> will do the rest.If you select “preserve exactflight/meeting schedule” then thetimes will copy exactly.Otherwise, you also can select aLeg 1 departure time and theremaining trip will be scheduledstarting at that time, with thebusiness hours site timemirrored to the new trip, startingat the time you specify.Delete <strong>Travel$ense</strong> Trips from the DatabaseYou can delete any number of saved trips from your database by selectingDelete Trip(s) from the File Menu. You also can delete the currently open tripby clicking on the “Delete” button on the toolbar.
