TRAVEL$ENSE1852. Summary ReportsThe Summary Report lists totals for all trips within a given date range bytrip status. This report can be run for all trips, for trips taken by a businessaircraft or for trips taken by airline, according to the trip status setting onTab 1. It can be run for one or more billing codes across any of these trips.The report can be run for any of three business aircraft (column 1, 2 or 3)versus the airline. Sorting options allow sorting ascending or descending onany of the results presented.A Personal Summary Report lists time totals for all trips within a given daterange, trip status and for a selected individual.Both of these reports conclude with a section that calculates “nights awayfrom home” and business days saved for either the individual or report.The former number is not directly available from the Summary Report andcounts only trips that required additional overnight stays.The Business Aircraft Performance Report combines the Summary Reportwith a large suite of statistics for a selected business aircraft, such asmedians, minimums, maximums and averages.3. Other <strong>Travel$ense</strong> ReportsThe Defaults Report is a printout of the estimates and assumptions<strong>Travel$ense</strong> uses to analyze trips, along with a brief description of theitems involved.The Trip Database Statistics Report shows a variety of diagnosticinformation about the trips you have saved, frequent travelers, trips withunusual results, etc.The Data Profiles Report can be run for any of the eight profiles databaseused within <strong>Travel$ense</strong>.All reports can be set to Print to File, generating a text string that somecomputer users can manipulate. Set up your printers in Windows to do this.Select a “Generic Text” printer and then connect it to File, rather than yourprinter port, such as LPT1.
