112TRAVEL$ENSEIf you have assigned billing codes to the passengers on the trip, then you canrun the trip report limited to one or more billing codes. Click on the “BillingCodes” button on the Select a Report screen to view the Select Billing Code(s)screen. Each billing code assigned to passengers on the trip, along with thepassengers assigned to it, is shown. Pick one or more codes and then run thereport. The report data will be recalculated just for those billing codes. This includesairline tickets for just those passengers and an allocation of the business aircraftcosts by passenger. The report indicates that the results do not cover all of thesaved trips by listing the billing codes selected at the top and by the label(partial trip report). The number of billing codes currently set is always shown on the Select aReport screen and applies to the Trip Report, Short Trip Report and DetailedTrip Report. To clear the billing codes for subsequent reports, click on the“Billing Codes” button and click again on each code to de-select it.This report is unique in presenting individual passenger data for times and costsfor each business aircraft and for the airline option. It also presents the sort ofdata that is useful in understanding the results. The upper section lists the passenger assigned to each airline trip, which alsoindicates the analysis <strong>Travel$ense</strong> has made of the passenger manifest (who isdoing what). The second table in the first section provides the business hoursand employee level of each passenger. For each business aircraft a section is created that first lists the trip legschedule (as shown on Tab 1) followed by tables showing leg-by-leg travel timesand expenses of each passenger (as shown on Tab 3).The airline section is similar but adds unique data such as the airline querymode and query date, and presents a separate section for each airline tripwithin the corporate trip. Just below the leg schedule a second table provides aflight-by-flight analysis of the travel (one to three airline flights per trip leg, depending if connections are required), including the flight number and bookingCopyright © 1999, National Business Aviation Association, Inc.
