TRAVEL$ENSE59To add a trip valuation method, click on the “Add” button. A new blank entrywith the next available unique valuation method number (used internally) iscreated. Input a description, name and true cost of time multipliers for thethree classes of employees. Only if this valuation method is selected on the firstTab of the defaults screen will it be used within <strong>Travel$ense</strong>.To finish adding a valuation method you can click on the top button, which nowsays “Save.” Alternately, you can click on the upper display or click on “Done” ifyou are ready to leave the screen. To cancel the add process, press the “Delete”button.To finish any changes you make to an existing valuation method, simply click onanother valuation method in the upper display or click on “Done.”Trip Mission ProfilesThe trip missions screen is where the <strong>Travel$ense</strong> purposes are created andmaintained. Like the other seven profiles in <strong>Travel$ense</strong>, the screen has a displaygrid at the top with key details. The upper display is used only to select a tripmission of interest. The individual boxes in the lower display are where changesor new inputs are made.
