TRAVEL$ENSE REPORTS<strong>Travel$ense</strong> generates 12 types of reports, which can be grouped into threeareas.• Individual Trip Reports (below) – Six reports that apply to a specific trip.• Summary Reports (on page 115) – Three reports that summarize resultsacross trips.• <strong>Travel$ense</strong> Database Reports (on page 120) – Three reports that displaydefault settings, profiles data and database statistics.Each report can be viewed on screen before being printe by selecting the“Preview” button.Individual Trip ReportsThe Trip ReportThe Trip Report is an analysis, designed for management review, of thecurrently viewed trip. It includes paragraph length summaries of theunquantified benefits of business aircraft use on the first page along with anoption to print this page on company letterhead with an allowance at the topor bottom for this form. For more information, see Trip Report LetterheadSpace on Cover Page on page 45.109The second page contains a summary of the trip legs from Tab 1 and the entirecontents of Tabs 4 and 5. This provides the itinerary and schedule of the column1 business aircraft only and the comparable airline schedule(s).
