WORKING WITH TRAVLE$ENSE TRIPSOpen a Saved TripTo look in detail at any previously created trip, click on the open trip icon onthe toolbar, select Open a Trip from the file menu or type “Ctrl-O.”The Open a Trip screen will appear with the most recent trip first, sorted bydeparture date. Trips initially are sorted on the departure date of the firstcorporate trip leg the first time you open the screen.NEW T$3FEATUREThe total number of trips without airline data is given, with a small icon shownon the right of each trip in the display.To sort the display, click on the column heading. Any of the six columns can besorted. The last sorting order will be remembered the next time you open thescreen as long as <strong>Travel$ense</strong> remains open.At the top, using drop-down selections, you can limit the display to a particularaircraft and to the latest date to view. The default shows trips using all businessaircraft. You can select one particular column 1 aircraft instead. You also canlimit the departure date to a particular month and year as well. After settingeither of these values, click on “Show List” to refresh the display.Click on the row of the trip you wish to open and click on “OK.” <strong>Travel$ense</strong>then will load the trip into the main display. When open, all results on Tabs 4and 5 are recalculated according to the currently stored default values in theprofiles used in the trip, including aircraft performance, passenger hours andpassenger level information.Copyright © 1999, National Business Aviation Association, Inc.
