110TRAVEL$ENSEThe final page provides definitions for the terms used on Tab 4 and 5 on thereport.If you have assigned billing codes to the passengers on the trip, then you canrun the trip report limited to one or more billing codes. Click on the “BillingCodes” button on the Select a Report screen to view the Select Billing Code(s)screen. Each billing code assigned to passengers on the trip, along with thepassengers assigned to it, is shown. Pick one or more codes and then run thereport.The report data will be recalculated just for those billing codes. This includesairline tickets for just those passengers and an allocation of the business aircraftcosts by passenger. The report indicates that the results do not cover all of thesaved trips by listing the billing codes selected at the top and by the label(partial trip report).The number of billing codes currently set always is shown on the Select aReport screen and applies to the Trip Report, Short Trip Report and DetailedTrip Report.
