You should select “0” if an individual from thepassenger database is flying the aircraft.Default Crew Number is 2.Selecting PassengersThe passenger box displays the passengers onboard theaircraft for any part of the trip, along with the trip legsthey are on. To add or delete passengers from one ormore legs, click on “Assign Passengers & Billing Codes”to invoke the Select Passengers dialog box withseparate tabs to add/delete passengers, assign them tospecific legs and assign billing codes to passengers ifdesired.69Add or Remove PassengersThe first of three tabs, entitled Add or Remove Passengers, is where passengersare added to the itinerary, initially to all legs, or entirely removed from theitinerary. If your itinerary has one leg or all passengers are on all legs, then thisfirst tab is sufficient to set up your passenger manifest.
