116TRAVEL$ENSEThe date range for the report initially is set to the earliest and latest trip in thedatabase. In other words no trips are excluded based on the leg 1 departuredate for the main business aircraft. Click on the first or second option to set abeginning or ending date using the calendar. Drop-down month and yearselectors are available. Select the day by clicking in the calendar. The scrollarrows on your keypad will navigate the calendar a month at a time.If you have assigned billing codes to passengers on the trips, then you also canfurther limit the Summary Report to one or more billing codes. Click on the“Billing Codes” button on the Select a Report screen to view the Select BillingCode(s) screen. Each billing code assigned to passengers on the trip, along withthe passengers assigned to it, is shown. Pick one or more codes.The sort order is user-selectable. You may sort by any column of the report,high to low (h->l), low to high (l->h), alphabetical order (a->z) or reversealphabetical(z->a). The default is to sort on departure date from latest date toearliest.The report output begins with a listing of date ranges, sort order and tripstatus included in your selected. The main output table provides one row pertrip showing the key statistics of <strong>Travel$ense</strong>, including Direct and True TripCosts Saved versus the airline, Productive Time Saved and its True Value andNon-Business Hours Away From Home Saved. The output is relative to thecomparable airline results. Only trips that are complete are presented. Allcomparable airline trips must have flight data and an airline fare for a trip to bepresented. Run the Trip Statistics Report to see a listing of trips excluded forthis reason.The second section of the report, Time Saved Using Business Aircraft, presentsa powerful argument for the cumulative time saved on business aicraft. Twostatistics are presented, each with an annual projection based on the timeperiod of the report.
