The drop-down selector on the right side liststhe eight types of profiles used by <strong>Travel$ense</strong>.If password protection is enabled for Employee Levels, you will be prompted toenter the password when printing or previewing the Database Profiles Reportfor Employee Levels. For more information, see Passenger Levels PasswordProtection on page 44.Sort order uses the current sort order of the profile display. If you run thisreport from the Select A Report screen, only the default sort order is used. Tochange the sort order, open the Profile screen itself, click on the columnheading to sort the display and then click on the “Print” button to run thereport.Output is shown below for Aircraft Profiles. All other profiles output onereport row per item of data with the more important measures given.
