This includes a separate listing for each fare used and thetime that fare was obtained.The Personal Trip ReportThe Personal Trip Report is a unique report for a single passenger on thecurrently opened trip. It does not provide financial results but instead focuseson the schedules provided by the travel options and the time savings obtainedby using one over another.113After selecting Personal Trip Report under the Reportsmenu, you then select the passenger of interest in the dropdownmenu to the right of the Select A Report screen asshown at left.<strong>Travel$ense</strong> then re-calculates all the times on the trip for this passenger andpresents a schedule comparison among the travel options. All of the timespresented for each stage of travel by leg are adjusted for the local time zoneand any daylight savings time in effect.The Meetings Schedule ReportThe Meetings Schedule Report lists all of the meetings created for allpassengers on this trip at the top of the display. This is followed by a leg-by-legschedule for each business aircraft covering the passenger manifest, groundtravel time and flights. This documents how many passengers are leaving orjoining the trip for the first time and how many are going to and returning froma meeting, grouped by the meeting.This report is most useful for complex trips to verify that the meetings createdmatch what is happening.Copyright © 1999, National Business Aviation Association, Inc.
