Field Value Description<br />

Paying Company Code C900 This is the company code that is making payments. This is the case<br />

where centralized payment system is in operation. All invoices<br />

from branches are sent to the head office for payment.<br />

House Bank Barc1 Using the matchcode or the Search button to search for your house<br />

bank, enter your house bank’s ID in this field. The system uses a<br />

combination of both the house bank code and the account ID to<br />

trace check lots to the paying bank.<br />

Account ID Barc The house bank ID and account ID are used by the payment<br />

program to determine which bank to use for invoice payment.<br />

Click the Enter button on the top-left side of the screen. Then click the Change button on the<br />

top-left side of the screen. The Maintain Check Lots screen is displayed. Click the Create button on<br />

the top-left side of the screen to create your check lots. The Create Lot screen pops up (Figure 17-37). This<br />

screen allows you to specify your check lot and check numbers.<br />

Using the data in Table 17-10, specify the lot number and check number information.<br />
