Matrix modification
SETFLG Input-integer-default=0. If SETFLG ≠ 0, then SETFLG selects a set
of grid point identification numbers of which all degrees of
freedom associated with each point will be assigned a value of 1.0
in the corresponding row of CP. If no SET command is found, then
the UBIT parameter is used.
Example:
Generate a partitioning vector from a set of grid points defined in the Case Control
