Social-psychological study <strong>of</strong> the behavior <strong>of</strong> persons in such collective contexts<br />

as crowds, mobs, publics, i.e., in the less stable and predictable phases<br />

<strong>of</strong> group life. Fads, crazes, rumor, panics, riots, and mass hysteria analyzed<br />

in terms <strong>of</strong> social and psychological determinants and consequences. Prerequisite:<br />
