If an applicant holds only a secondary teacher's certificate, he is required to<br />
complete 12 term hours <strong>of</strong> work in elementary-school methods or curriculum. If<br />
he holds only an elementary teacher's certificate, he must complete 12 term hours <strong>of</strong><br />
work in secondary methods or curriculum.<br />
Secondary Principal's Certificate. (1) A regular <strong>Oregon</strong> secondary teacher's<br />
certificate. (2) Three years <strong>of</strong> teaching or administrative experience at the secondary<br />
level. (3) A master's degree from a standard college or university. (4)<br />
Twelve term hours <strong>of</strong> pr<strong>of</strong>essional or nonpr<strong>of</strong>essional study at the upper-division<br />
or graduate level after earning the master's degree. (5) The following graduate<br />
