I. Post changes <strong>and</strong> modifications to the Documents as they occur. Drawings will be updated<br />

electronically <strong>and</strong> submitted to LAWA in accordance with the schedule provided for this by<br />

LAWA. Do not wait until the end of the Project. <strong>Design</strong> Consultant will periodically review<br />

Project Record Documents to assure compliance with this requirement.<br />

J. At every quarter, submit Project Record Documents to <strong>Design</strong> Consultant for LAWA's records.<br />

1. Upon completion of the as built drawings, the <strong>Design</strong> Consultant will review the as built<br />

work with the Contractor.<br />

2. If the as built work is not complete, the Contractor will be so advised <strong>and</strong> shall complete<br />

the work as required.<br />

K. Project Record Drawings shall also be submitted in electronic format. Electronic drawing<br />

format shall be AutoCAD® Release 2008 or later. LAWA shall have the right <strong>and</strong> capability to<br />

manipulate all electronic file drawings <strong>and</strong> documentation.<br />

1.4 CODES, STANDARDS AND REFERENCES<br />

A. All work <strong>and</strong> materials shall conform to <strong>and</strong> be installed, inspected <strong>and</strong> tested in accordance<br />

with the governing rules <strong>and</strong> regulations of the telecommunications industry, as well as federal,<br />

state <strong>and</strong> local governmental agencies, including, but not limited to the following:<br />

1. IEEE 802.11 (a, b/g, n) - Information Technology - Telecommunications And<br />

Information Exchange Between Systems - Local And Metropolitan Area Networks -<br />

Specific Requirements Part 11: Wireless LAN Medium Access Control (MAC) And<br />

Physical Layer (PHY) Specifications<br />
