o Verify new <strong>and</strong> existing utilities that relate to the renovation<br />

project<br />

j. Floor Plans<br />

o Finalize all information mentioned in the previous submittal<br />

o Verify that all floor depression are indicated on the floor<br />

plans<br />

o Perform final discipline coordination<br />

o Verify that all disciplines are utilizing the same background<br />

with the same match lines<br />

o Perform a final quality control review. Verify the accuracy<br />

of all detail call outs, references, partition tags, fire ratings,<br />

etc., etc.<br />

k. Enlarged Floor Plans<br />

o Finalize all information mentioned in the previous submittal<br />

o Verify that rest room finishes, accessories <strong>and</strong> all specialty<br />

items are specified in the project manual<br />

l. Roof Plan<br />

o Finalize all roof penetrations <strong>and</strong> equipment pads<br />

o Perform a final cross check will related disciplines<br />

m. Reflected Ceiling Plan<br />

o Perform final coordination with Mechanical, Electrical,<br />

Security <strong>and</strong> Communication drawings<br />

o Confirm that ceilings s are in compliance with LADBS<br />

Safety Document# P/BC 2008-040: Recommended<br />

St<strong>and</strong>ards for Suspended Ceiling Assemblies<br />

o Verify that ceiling framing can support 20 pounds of<br />

combined ceiling, mechanical, electrical, <strong>and</strong> plumbing<br />

loads<br />

o In the case that the ceiling loads, including light fixtures,<br />

exceed four pounds per square foot, both the vertical <strong>and</strong><br />

lateral support systems are to be substantiated by<br />

corresponding structural calculations<br />

n. Door Schedule<br />

o Perform a final cross check with the floor plan <strong>and</strong> determine<br />

that all doors are included in the door schedule with the<br />

proper hardware group<br />

o. Finish Plan<br />

o Verify that all finishes are indicated in the specifications<br />

p. Furniture Plan<br />

q. Interior Elevations
