a. Physical elements of the project broken down by sequence in accordance<br />

with the project schedule in thirty (30)-day increments or less if required to<br />

accurately reflect the progression of work. Documents shall include dates for<br />

proposed work, daily work hours, <strong>and</strong> a written work plan for each phase.<br />

This document shall be flexible in its ability to describe real-time updates.<br />

This document shall be updated as required to fully ensure stakeholders are<br />

fully informed of revisions as they occur.<br />

b. Locations of barricades, partitions, covered walkways, stairs, scaffolding,<br />

work platforms, etc. which are designed to separate construction activities<br />

from ongoing operational areas <strong>and</strong> mitigate disruptions to passenger <strong>and</strong><br />

other stakeholder traffic flows. Barricade, Scaffold <strong>and</strong> Messaging Concept<br />

approval must be obtained. Please see “Additional <strong>Design</strong> St<strong>and</strong>ards <strong>and</strong><br />

Criteria” for a sample presentation. Full-size mock-ups of these systems may<br />

be required <strong>and</strong> agreed to prior to installation.<br />

l. Plan for rubbish removal, including location of trash bins<br />

m. Modification <strong>and</strong> maintenance of existing systems during construction<br />

n. Temporary signage/way-finding devices<br />

o. Stakeholder relocations<br />

p. Routes of temporary utilities, lines, <strong>and</strong> points of tie-in<br />

q. Temporary facilities<br />

r. Dust/dirt/debris mitigation<br />

s. <strong>Construction</strong> Noise mitigation<br />

D. Graphics St<strong>and</strong>ards: The Site Logistics Plan <strong>and</strong> the Project Phasing<br />

Document shall be submitted in AutoCAD DWG or shape file (“dwg” or shp”)<br />

format per LAWA CAD St<strong>and</strong>ards. Graphically denote changes by clouding<br />

“Labels” only. Reference attached drawing titled “<strong>Design</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Construction</strong><br />

Guidelines Graphics Example” for a graphic representation of these st<strong>and</strong>ards.<br />

E. Updates: The Site Logistics Plan, the Project Phasing Document <strong>and</strong> the Project<br />

Schedule shall be updated periodically as changes are identified <strong>and</strong> LAWA shall<br />

be notified immediately.<br />

1.31.9 Environmental Mitigation Requirements <strong>and</strong> Special <strong>Construction</strong><br />

General<br />

A. This section covers construction related mitigation requirements that include, but<br />

is not limited to, traffic mitigation measures, air quality construction related<br />

measures, restrictions on construction material stockpiles, <strong>and</strong> other<br />

<strong>Design</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Construction</strong> H<strong>and</strong>book<br />
