Scope of Services Draft<br />

Therefore in order to maintain control over scheduling <strong>and</strong> accurate production of the<br />

documents, there will be a final review to monitor the Program at the 100% stage of<br />

Program Completion.<br />

8.1. Tasks<br />

8.1.1. Present final design, material <strong>and</strong> color selections to City for approval<br />

8.1.2. Finalize Program Criteria Document<br />

8.1.2.1 Incorporate final design, material <strong>and</strong> color selections<br />

8.1.2.2 Provide final Space Tabulation including comparison of programmed<br />

versus actual <strong>and</strong> net-to-gross<br />

8.1.3. Develop <strong>Construction</strong> Specifications <strong>and</strong> Drawings for 100% submittal<br />

8.1.3.1 Provide list of recommended documents to be Issued for Information<br />

Only<br />

8.1.3.2 Check <strong>and</strong> coordinate all documents<br />

8.1.3.3 Complete <strong>Construction</strong> Specifications<br />

8.1.3.4 Complete <strong>Construction</strong> Drawings<br />

8.1.3.5 Complete <strong>Design</strong> Calculations for all systems<br />

8.1.3.6 Compile documents to be Issued for Information Only<br />

8.1.4. Submit 100% complete <strong>Construction</strong> Drawings <strong>and</strong> Code Analysis to<br />

regulatory <strong>and</strong> building departments for conformance to Fire <strong>and</strong> Life Safety<br />

codes<br />

8.1.4.1 Respond to City’s comments <strong>and</strong> Code Official’s comments, <strong>and</strong><br />

incorporate agreed upon changes to stamped <strong>and</strong> sealed Final<br />

Deliverables.<br />

8.1.5. The DB representative with signature authority shall sign all Final<br />

Deliverables listed. In addition provide a Professional signature <strong>and</strong> stamp<br />

where required by law<br />

8.1.5.1 Issued for Bid <strong>Construction</strong> Specifications (except for those<br />

designated Issued for Information Only)<br />

8.1.5.2 Issued for Bid <strong>Construction</strong> Drawings (except for those designated<br />

Issued for Information Only)<br />

8.1.5.3 Final <strong>Design</strong> Calculations<br />

8.1.5.4 Final Code Analysis<br />

8.1.5.5 Final Cost Estimate<br />

8.1.6. Prepare a detailed Work Plan for the <strong>Construction</strong> Administration Stage.<br />

Consult with the City to establish appropriate level of Resident Architectural<br />

<strong>and</strong> Engineering Services<br />

8.2. Deliverables<br />

A list of the Final Program Documents shall be developed by the DB for the specific<br />

needs of the Program. This list will be reviewed against the contract requirements by<br />

the City <strong>and</strong> will establish the complete list of deliverables for the Program. The<br />

Final Program Documents shall, as a minimum, include the following:<br />
