Therefore in order to maintain control over scheduling and accurate production of the
documents, there will be a final review to monitor the Program at the 100% stage of
Program Completion.
8.1. Tasks
8.1.1. Present final design, material and color selections to City for approval
8.1.2. Finalize Program Criteria Document
8.1.2.1 Incorporate final design, material and color selections
8.1.2.2 Provide final Space Tabulation including comparison of programmed
versus actual and net-to-gross
8.1.3. Develop Construction Specifications and Drawings for 100% submittal
8.1.3.1 Provide list of recommended documents to be Issued for Information
Only
8.1.3.2 Check and coordinate all documents
8.1.3.3 Complete Construction Specifications
8.1.3.4 Complete Construction Drawings
8.1.3.5 Complete Design Calculations for all systems
8.1.3.6 Compile documents to be Issued for Information Only
8.1.4. Submit 100% complete Construction Drawings and Code Analysis to
regulatory and building departments for conformance to Fire and Life Safety
codes
8.1.4.1 Respond to City’s comments and Code Official’s comments, and
incorporate agreed upon changes to stamped and sealed Final
Deliverables.
8.1.5. The DB representative with signature authority shall sign all Final
Deliverables listed. In addition provide a Professional signature and stamp
where required by law
8.1.5.1 Issued for Bid Construction Specifications (except for those
designated Issued for Information Only)
8.1.5.2 Issued for Bid Construction Drawings (except for those designated
Issued for Information Only)
8.1.5.3 Final Design Calculations
8.1.5.4 Final Code Analysis
8.1.5.5 Final Cost Estimate
8.1.6. Prepare a detailed Work Plan for the Construction Administration Stage.
Consult with the City to establish appropriate level of Resident Architectural
and Engineering Services
8.2. Deliverables
A list of the Final Program Documents shall be developed by the DB for the specific
needs of the Program. This list will be reviewed against the contract requirements by
the City and will establish the complete list of deliverables for the Program. The
Final Program Documents shall, as a minimum, include the following:
