g. Zone Plan (if required).<br />

• Indicate the sheet zones of the building<br />

h. Site Plan<br />

• Clearly identify the area of the Terminal being renovated.<br />

• Identify all setbacks, easements, (utility <strong>and</strong> otherwise), overall<br />

building dimensions.<br />

i. Floor Plans<br />

• Call out all building sections.<br />

• Make certain that all new walls have been identified by type of<br />

assembly with the proper fire rating.<br />

• Identify all existing building expansion joints with corresponding detail<br />

call out, both horizontal <strong>and</strong> vertical.<br />

• Indicate two building grids: one for existing construction <strong>and</strong> one for<br />

new construction.<br />

• Call out areas with enlarged plans.<br />

• Indicate any overhead features with a dashed line.<br />

• Indicate new <strong>and</strong> existing drinking fountains.<br />

• Locate all fire extinguisher cabinets, recessed or wall mounted.<br />

• Verify plumbing fixture count with plumbing drawings.<br />

• Make certain that a north arrow is indicated on the plans.<br />

• Identify all new millwork.<br />

j. Enlarged Floor Plans<br />

• Provide enlarged floor plans for areas such as toilets, kitchens <strong>and</strong><br />

various utilities rooms in order to better convey information that<br />

cannot be clearly identified <strong>and</strong> noted on a smaller drawing.<br />

• For enlarged toilet rooms, indicate all accessories <strong>and</strong> compartments<br />

per LAWA st<strong>and</strong>ards.<br />

k. Roof Plan<br />

• Coordinate all new equipment pad locations, sizes <strong>and</strong> equipment<br />

weight(s) with MEP drawings.<br />

• Confirm the ability of the existing roof structure to accommodate any<br />

new roof load with the Structural Engineer of Record.<br />

• Call out related roof details, if any.<br />

l. Reflected Ceiling Plan<br />

• Clearly identify all finish materials.<br />

• Indicate all ceiling heights.<br />

• Update lighting plan based upon approved fixtures. Provide<br />

dimensions as to how to locate these fixtures.<br />

• Identify all light coves <strong>and</strong> provide detail call out.<br />
