8.2.9.4 “As completed” Work Plan.<br />

8.2.9.5 Final versions of all project records not already transmitted to City<br />

8.2.9.6 Work Plan for the <strong>Construction</strong> Administration Stage<br />

8.2.10. Electronic versions of all required deliverables.<br />

8.2.11. <strong>Design</strong>er-to-<strong>Construction</strong> Manager Report:<br />

8.2.11.1 Prepare a “<strong>Design</strong>er-to-Constructor Report” to convey to the Project<br />

Program <strong>and</strong> <strong>Construction</strong> teams the complexities of the Project.<br />

Address critical construction features that will assist the Constructors<br />

in the development of an effective inspection program <strong>and</strong> alert them<br />

to key points to watch out for.<br />

8.2.11.2 Deliver Report in draft form along with the 100% <strong>Construction</strong><br />

Documents. Deliver the final version within 20 workdays of the City’s<br />

acceptance of the final <strong>Construction</strong> Documents.<br />

8.3. Completion Evaluation<br />

8.3.1. In the aggregate the Program documentation should be 100% complete at<br />

the end of the <strong>Construction</strong> Document stage.<br />

8.3.2. At each schedule review cycle the documents will be checked/reviewed <strong>and</strong><br />

assigned a percent value of completion by drawing <strong>and</strong> discipline. The<br />

percent of completion between disciplines cannot be averaged due to the<br />

variations in responsibility <strong>and</strong> workload. Therefore the percent of each<br />

discipline will be multiplied by a weighing factor in order to determine the<br />

gross % of completion. The following weighing system will be applied.<br />

These factors may be change by agreement between the City <strong>and</strong> The DB.<br />
