5.1.4.4 Examine operational requirements<br />

In narrative form, discuss the function <strong>and</strong> use of the facility<br />

5.1.4.5 Program facility<br />

A crucial step in the process, the programming should amplify the<br />

very general guidelines given in the Airport Master Plan.<br />
