finishes and other pertinent notes
8.2.4.3.2.4 Built-in furniture and equipment locations, clearly indicating
items NIC or by City
8.2.4.3.2.5 Building sections and interior and exterior elevation keys
8.2.4.3.2.6 Structural grid and column indications
8.2.4.3.3 Detail plans for toilets, building core, stairs, elevators, shafts,
equipment rooms, etc., indicating:
8.2.4.3.3.1 Dimensions, clearances and space designations
8.2.4.3.3.2 Furniture and equipment layouts
8.2.4.3.3.3 Structural grid including column locations
8.2.4.3.3.4 Wall and partition thickness
8.2.4.3.3.5 Door and door swings
8.2.4.3.3.6 Floor patterns
8.2.4.3.4 Elevations, at same scale as floor plans, showing:
8.2.4.3.4.1 Complete facades including roof structures and other
features
8.2.4.3.4.2 Fenestration, louvers and other facade elements fixed and
related to structural grid and internal floor heights
8.2.4.3.4.3 Overall building heights and floor elevations
8.2.4.3.4.4 Location of building and detail section cuts
8.2.4.3.4.5 Setbacks, building profile relationship to adjacent
buildings, expansion joints, etc.
8.2.4.3.4.6 Finishes and surface patterns, etc., graphically and by note
8.2.4.3.5 Detail elevations depicting key elements as necessary to
supplement building elevations, including:
8.2.4.3.5.1 Building recesses, court yards
8.2.4.3.5.2 Typical bay
8.2.4.3.5.3 Building entry
8.2.4.3.5.4 Fenestration patterns, divisions and venting
8.2.4.3.5.5 Masonry patterns and coursing
8.2.4.3.5.6 Ornamentation features
8.2.4.3.6 Building sections at same scale as floor plans, showing changes
in elevation, floor-to-floor and floor-to-ceiling dimensions, with
major spaces labeled. Include transverse and longitudinal
sections as required to describe the facility design.
8.2.4.3.6.1 Detail wall sections, major different conditions at wall
sections to convey basic building perimeter construction
systems and materials (3/4" scale) clearly dimensioned
and noted to show:
