5. PRE-DESIGN SERVICES
The Pre-Design Stage initiates the Program and begins with the assembly and digestion of
data related to existing conditions, use patterns and Airport policies. The Pre-Design Stage
includes the preparation of studies, diagrams, and other documents conveying the general
Program assessment and basis of design, for presentation to the City for approval.
