7.2.9. Electronic versions of all required deliverables.<br />

7.3. Completion Evaluation<br />

7.3.1. In the aggregate the Program should be 60% complete at the end of the<br />

<strong>Design</strong> Development stage.<br />

7.3.2. The deliverables submitted shall be evaluated for completion as follows:<br />

7.3.2.1 All deliverables requested have been submitted.<br />

7.3.2.2 The documents submitted are clear, easy to comprehend, correct <strong>and</strong><br />

legible.<br />

7.3.2.3 All data required for each drawing, study, specification, etc, have been<br />

submitted.<br />

7.3.2.4 All deliverables submitted respond to all the task items identified in<br />

Section 2.<br />

7.3.3. Each set of documents will be evaluated on a scale to be developed as part<br />

of the Project Management Plan.<br />

8. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - 61 TO 100% COMPLETE<br />

The <strong>Construction</strong> Document Stage consists of the preparation of detailed drawings <strong>and</strong><br />

specifications to identify the specific materials, quantities, methods <strong>and</strong> systems required to<br />

build the Program. This stage is the single largest component of the DB’s design work.<br />
