7.2.9. Electronic versions of all required deliverables.
7.3. Completion Evaluation
7.3.1. In the aggregate the Program should be 60% complete at the end of the
Design Development stage.
7.3.2. The deliverables submitted shall be evaluated for completion as follows:
7.3.2.1 All deliverables requested have been submitted.
7.3.2.2 The documents submitted are clear, easy to comprehend, correct and
legible.
7.3.2.3 All data required for each drawing, study, specification, etc, have been
submitted.
7.3.2.4 All deliverables submitted respond to all the task items identified in
Section 2.
7.3.3. Each set of documents will be evaluated on a scale to be developed as part
of the Project Management Plan.
8. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS - 61 TO 100% COMPLETE
The Construction Document Stage consists of the preparation of detailed drawings and
specifications to identify the specific materials, quantities, methods and systems required to
build the Program. This stage is the single largest component of the DB’s design work.
