(LEED) Program as described in Chapter II-01 General <strong>Design</strong><br />

Approach.<br />

5.1.7.2 In addition:<br />

5.1.7.2.1 Provide a completed LEED Project Checklist indicating<br />

Prerequisites <strong>and</strong> Credits to be implemented into the facility<br />

design <strong>and</strong> the total anticipated LEED score for the project.<br />

5.1.7.2.2 Description of how each anticipated LEED Prerequisite <strong>and</strong> Credit<br />

shall be achieved.<br />

5.1.7.2.3 Identify the <strong>Design</strong> Team's LEED Accredited Professionals as<br />

recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council.<br />

5.1.7.2.4 List the Architects <strong>and</strong> Engineers from the <strong>Design</strong> Team <strong>and</strong> who<br />

are responsible for implementing each Prerequisite <strong>and</strong> Credit into<br />

the facility design.<br />
