Determine what information is required to be collected or conveyed via
workshops with the City. Schedule required workshop through the City’s
Design Manager

5.1.6.2 Presentation of findings of the Pre-Design Stage
5.1.7. Sustainable Design
5.1.7.1 Follow the requirements for implementing the U.S. Green Building
Council's (USGBC) "Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design"
(LEED) Program as described in Chapter II-01 General Design
Approach.
5.1.7.2 In addition:
5.1.7.2.1 Provide a completed LEED Project Checklist indicating
Prerequisites and Credits to be implemented into the facility
design and the total anticipated LEED score for the project.
5.1.7.2.2 Description of how each anticipated LEED Prerequisite and Credit
shall be achieved.
5.1.7.2.3 Identify the Design Team's LEED Accredited Professionals as
recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council.
5.1.7.2.4 List the Architects and Engineers from the Design Team and who
are responsible for implementing each Prerequisite and Credit into
the facility design.
