(3) A project interferes with public interests if ... 5. it interferes with or diminishes affairs of the conservation of nature and landscape, the conservation of the soil, the conservation of monuments or the natural character of the landscape and its recreational value or if it disfigures the overall impression of settlements or landscape These construction restrictions apply to all the areas not marked with W, M, G or S on plan B4 (land development plan).
