In this saga about Ninoschka’s and
Tinocos way to middle age, we experience
the life cycle of a Nicaraguan
village and its inhabitants during continuous
war and violent struggle for
power in the local co-operative and
how it affects the family relations. We get to know and
love Ninoschka and we engage in her fight for survival.

over the years in San Fernando. They
didn’t know the outcome of the story,
neither did I. But I can see my time
and struggle portrayed in theirs.«
