I have only seen one specimen with <strong>the</strong> name<br />

AM4>IAO--, <strong>and</strong> one again with ASMEN--. <strong>The</strong>'<br />

latter no doubt st<strong>and</strong>s for^0-/^oy 3 but probably refers<br />

to a later magistrate than <strong>the</strong> one who signed <strong>the</strong><br />

tetradrachm <strong>of</strong> class a.<br />

'Hyrjo-nnros (or more likely 'Hyfonnros at Chios) is<br />

a safe restoration <strong>of</strong> HFHS - - on account <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> large<br />

piece with HrHSIP--- included among <strong>the</strong> coins <strong>of</strong><br />

type No. 55.<br />

'H]pi8av[6s] may very likely be <strong>the</strong> same magistrate<br />

whose name we have met already under types Nos. 51-2.<br />

'iTTTn'ay <strong>and</strong> 'I(rxfy a [x$] are already known through<br />

<strong>the</strong> drachms <strong>of</strong> type No. 50. <strong>The</strong> rest call for no<br />

special remark, except
