The course provides students with a working knowledge of
organisational dynamics. The course is particularly
appropriate for people who are employed or seeking
service delivery to the public (especially through
government bodies but also in quasi-government and
private organisations which deal with the public)
The Associate Degree provides basic skills in the areas
listed above but its structure anticipates the fact that these
areas extend into high levels of professional competence
