MR. O. Maybe. Much depends on the question.MR. E. Will group leaders change or be the same person?MR. O. This is a detail, I cannot answer that.MRS. J. What is best for us to do?MR. O. If you work on yourself you will know what to do. If youobserve yourself seriously and ask yourself why you observe yourself, you will know. After some time things will begin to be better organized.MR. S. In order to save your time we must make greater efforts to getin contact with older people who are in direct contact with you?MR. O. Yes, certainly this is useful.MRS. M. To know people better one must do practical work together, not only talk. Can Lyne be made bigger?MR. O. Lyne cannot be touched at present, it must work as it is now; itcannot grow now in the sense of a bigger place. Now the order of theday is the Society and a house in London. When this is organized thenperhaps we can think of how we can make Lyne grow.MR. p. Isn't it to the advantage of all to have a new house in London?MR. O. Certainly. In any case then we can start groups. Although I saidin a year or two, it may be much quicker. I do not want to organize asearch for a house yet, but everyone must know what we need—somekind of big studio or room, or hall, big enough for two hundredpeople, and then several rooms for groups.MR. B. There is no question of groups now?MR. O. Where will they meet? In the street?MISS B. What is the difference between groups you speak of and now?MR. O. These are not groups, these are lectures. Groups should be,first of all, much smaller, maximum thirty people, better less. Andsometimes (I do not say necessarily always), a group must be selectedin a special way. It wants a variety of types. If all people are of thesame type, then it will not work. Then special tasks are given, one toone group, another to another.MRS. S. You said just now it is important to get into closer contactwith older people. How? By trying to meet them?MR. O. I did not say that, somebody else said it. And I don't knowhow. But certainly from them you can learn—if they know. There isan Arab proverb, 'Learn from him who knows.'MR. C. [A question about new members.]
