The question was once asked about making a plan. I think Mr.O. said it was no good unless one made oneself a part of the plan. Didhe mean that when making a plan one must make it so that one cankeep it, remembering one's limitations?MR. O. Plan for what? That is the first question. Second, can one makea plan—does one know enough? Third, can one remember a plan?These three questions change the whole thing. First they must beanswered, then one can speak about it.MRS. P. I waste a great deal of time and energy in making decisions ofno importance; whether to catch this train or that, for instance. Whatis the best way to deal with this?MR. O. There are many ways out of it, you know, but I cannot say ingeneral. The general answer is to be serious. That is all that can be saidin a general way.
