Laura,on the other hand, made it clear wh<strong>at</strong> she wanted in order to resolvethis problem. She asked P<strong>at</strong>ricia to really stretch. Her assurances th<strong>at</strong>she was not in competition with P<strong>at</strong>ricia helped win P<strong>at</strong>ricia’s agreement.Laura must continue to w<strong>at</strong>ch P<strong>at</strong>ricia to make sure she doesnot do anything to undermine her.
