The postgraduate LL. M. programme begins in the first week of March of each
academic year and lasts for two semesters, until the end of February the following
year. The programme consists of two parts:
I. Courses in the scope of Polish Law School (from March till July in Krakow)
The courses in Polish law, given in German language, include the following lectures:
1. Civil Law – General Part and Obligations – 40 hours
2. Civil Law – Law of Property – 30 hours
3. Private and Public Business Law – 60 hours
4. International Private Law – 20 hours
5. Insolvency Law – 20 hours
6. Labor Law – 20 hours
7. Constitutional Law – 20 hours
Additionally:
1. Seminar / case study
2. History, culture and politics in Poland
3. Intensive course of Polish language (100 hours)
4. Specialist courses in Polish law
Two-day seminar (compulsory attendance, October in Krakow) and Master Thesis in
the field of Polish law (at least 30 pages, languages: Polish or German, deadline: end
of February of the following year).
12 000 PLN – for graduates of the Polish Law School; 18 000 PLN – for others
