The study program based on four pillars of knowledge provides to students:
management, marketing, consumer behavior and law. The graduates are supported
to perform as consumer ombudsman or high class specialist of consumer relationship
management. The program reflects a thorough analysis of the changing requirements
for protecting consumer rights on market and international employer as well
European Union institutions perspective. First semester all students follow the courses
at l’Université de Haute Alsace in Colmar (France), the second semester at University
of Economics in Katowice (Poland) and third semester at Academia de Studii
Economice in Bucharest (Romania). Last semester is dedicated to internship and
mater thesis preparation.

Education requirements:
Diploma of a Bachelor or Master degree (nostrified), each candidate should prove
a good command of French and English.
Other requirements:
letter of application
copy of the secondary school leaving certificate
official health certificate issued by a medical doctor, stating that there are no
contraindications for the candidate’s undertaking studies
