The programme is geared to the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s managers active in
private or public organizations in Poland or abroad.
The conceptual framework of the programme is based on the following premises:
• guaranteeing a high academic standard of the educational programmes as set by
leading Western management schools;
• openness of the Centre’s faculty and students to a wide range of management
theories, approaches and philosophies as well as respect for different opinions
and views;
• international character in terms of curriculum content, the faculty involved in
lecturing and the student body;
• fostering the development of the managerial skills necessary for professional
leadership;
• strong emphasis on case studies and on those aspects of the various courses
taught which are particularly relevant in a “European economic integration”
perspective;
• classes of no more than 30 students each stimulate the free exchange of ideas
and dialogue between lecturers and students

Candidates for International MBA Programme at CMT need:
• to hold a final degree awarded by higher school in Poland or abroad
• have an adequate command of the English language
• minimum of two years of practical professional experience
• pass a personal interview in English with the Selection Committee
The Centre’s activities in the field of management education have been greatly valued
both in Poland and abroad by the programmes’ participants and business community.
The educational journal “Perspektywy” ranked CMT’s MBA Programme as the best. In
the weekly news publication “Wprost” it was ranked second. In 2010 Forum, the
Association of Management Education, included CMT’s International MBA Programme
in its Master Class, the highest of five classes for the third time (2010, 2008, 2006).
