The undergraduate study in management prepares for the future work as
management/organization specialist, middle-level manager, and for developing own
small enterprise as well as for the post-graduate studies. Graduate will get theoretical
and practical knowledge in the scope of management and allied sciences, concerning
issues, rules and problems of organization functioning – enterprises, public institutions
and governance structures. He or she will be prepared to undertake basic functions of
project management in commercial or administrative organizations. The graduate will
obtain also thorough knowledge and skills for application of information technologies
in solving the problems of organization functioning. Also, he/she will get the ability to
communicate efficiently, to negotiate and the team-work skills.

Any area of requirements can be satisfied through courses completed at secondary
school level (12 years), being the equivalent of Polish Matriculation certificate.
English: TOEFL – 550 points or IELTS – 6 points
A student who obtained good results in the first year of study can get a scholarship
for deserving in the following year.
