Warsaw International Studies <strong>in</strong> Psychology (WISP) is a full 5-year long cycle<br />

<strong>Programme</strong> <strong>in</strong> psychology. In the first 3 years students complete basic coursework.<br />

Years 4 and 5 are devoted to advanced courses and masters sem<strong>in</strong>ars. The programme<br />

<strong>in</strong>cludes courses that are required for all students (obligatory) as well as courses that<br />

are selected by each student <strong>in</strong> accordance with her/his <strong>in</strong>terests (electives). The ma<strong>in</strong><br />

goal of the WISP programme is to provide a high quality psychology education <strong>in</strong><br />

English both for foreign students and for Polish students fluent <strong>in</strong> English who see their<br />

future careers on an <strong>in</strong>ternational scene. In order to ensure the most up-to-date<br />

education, our team of lecturers is composed of at least 30% of foreign lecturers<br />

<strong>in</strong>vited from renowned universities and research <strong>in</strong>stitutes <strong>in</strong> Europe and North<br />

America. The programme is designed to provide students with a solid background <strong>in</strong><br />

psychology and methodology of social sciences and at the same time to let students<br />

shape an education path closest to their <strong>in</strong>terests. Obligatory core courses comprise<br />

only about 50% of the course total, the rest are selected from a wide range of electives<br />

and specialization courses. Our Faculty is known for its warm, friendly, and at the<br />

same time <strong>in</strong>tellectually stimulat<strong>in</strong>g atmosphere.<br />

EU and EFTA citizens – 3000 EUR per academic year;<br />

Non-EU and EFTA citizens – 4300 EUR per academic year.<br />

Polish or foreign high school diploma, International Baccalaureate, European<br />

Baccalaureate; Certificate of fluency <strong>in</strong> English (TOEFL or IELTS or CAE or CPE or<br />

MELAB) – recommended but not mandatory.<br />

Medical certificate confirm<strong>in</strong>g that candidateís physical condition is adequate for<br />

study<strong>in</strong>g psychology.<br />

The enrollment procedure consists of 2 stages:<br />

– stage 1: high school diploma/f<strong>in</strong>al exam results,<br />

– stage 2: <strong>in</strong>terview.<br />
