The International Business Program is a 2 year second-cycle study programme with
specialization in international management. It was opened in 2000 as a programme run
in English. The courses are provided by staff of the University of Warsaw Faculty of
Management and staff from universities which the Faculty of Management cooperates
with (in the USA: University of North Florida, University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign,
American University, Washington DC, Villanova University, Le Moyne College, as well as
many other European and Asian universities). Vast cooperation between Faculty of
Management and 64 European universities within Erasmus programme and many
universities in USA allows the students to study at foreign universities.
The aim of the programme is to familiarize students with economic practice, customs,
and the structure of economic and financial systems in other countries and continents.
In this context, the participation of a large number of lecturers from American and
Asian universities is very significant.
EU and EFTA citizens – 6000 PLN for the first semester, 5000 PLN for the next semesters;
Non EU and EFTA citizens - 4000 EUR for the academic year.

Licencjat, magister (B.A., M.A.) degree or equivalent; competence in English certified
by the following: AC, TOEFL, LCCI at advanced level, exam at the University of
Warsaw passed at C level, GMAT.
The International Business Program is addressed to candidates holding bachelor,
master, engineer degree or any other equivalent degree. Admission of candidates is
based on average of grades obtained during studies, a final first-cycle studies grade
and results of an interview in English language conducted by the Faculty of
Management. Maximum number of points possible to score within the interview is
100. Candidates are not obliged to take the exam in English language if the level of
their competence in English is certified by the following: AC, TOEFL, LCCI at
advanced level, exam at the University of Warsaw passed at C level, GMAT.
English proficiency certificates are required from applicants who are not native English
speakers. However if you can prove that a part of your former education was in
English or you have lived in an English speaking country for several years, then such a
certificate is not required.
