The programme delivers a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Tuition
provides a solid background in the areas of circuit theory, analog and digital electronics,
signals processing, digital transmission, computer hardware and software,
fixed and wireless communication networks, radio frequency technology, and teletraffic
theory. Cooperating institutions: Vienna University of Technology, Austria;
Mikkeli Polytechnic, Finland; Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information
Technology, Germany; TU Chemnitz, Germany; Hochschule Ulm – University of
Applied Sciences, Germany.
EU citizens and permanent residents of the Republic of Poland study free of charge;
non-EU citizens – 4000 EUR per year

Candidates have to hold a legalized maturity certificate or another foreign document
that entitles one to continue education at the university level. Very good knowledge
of English. Candidates holding Polish maturity certificates, for English language, have
to obtain min. 60% of the points at the advanced level.
