Mechatronics is an area of engineering that brings together the ideas of mechanical
and electronic engineering and integrates mechanical, electronic, and software engineering
into a production process. This programme prepares the students for creative
work in designing, construction and use of specialist mechatronic devices. The
participants acquire expertise and skills necessary for directing and developing
production in industrial plants, managing technological processes and carrying out
research in academic centres. Depending on specialization chosen, the students get
acquainted with computer methods used in mechatronics and mechatronic devices
installed in cars as well as mechatronics used in industrial machines.
EU citizens and permanent residents of the Republic of Poland study free of
charge; non-EU citizens - 4000 EUR per year

Start date: October 2011
Candidates have to hold a legalized diploma of first-cycle studies or another foreign
document that entitles one to continue education at the second-cycle studies. Very
good knowledge of English.
