6 The Ontario Clean Energy Benefit helps over four milli<strong>on</strong> residential c<strong>on</strong>sumers, and more than 400,000 small businesses, farms and<br />

o<strong>the</strong>r c<strong>on</strong>sumers by providing eligible c<strong>on</strong>sumers with a benefit equal to 10 per cent <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> total cost <strong>of</strong> electricity <strong>on</strong> <strong>the</strong>ir bills, including<br />

tax, effective January 1, 2011.<br />

Promoti<strong>on</strong> and Sport (MHPS) when MHPS was merged with <strong>the</strong> Ministry <strong>of</strong> Health and L<strong>on</strong>g-Term Care.<br />
