blood vessels <strong>and</strong> soft tissue <strong>and</strong> the formation of kidney stones. High calcium intake from<br />

supplements has also been associated with increased risk of kidney stones, <strong>and</strong> in some<br />

studies, increased risk of cardiovascular disease. It can also cause constipation. 1<br />
